Elysium Noosa Resort is seeking a proactive Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service and build genuine guest connections in a fast-paced resort setting.

You will mix cocktails, pour wines and beers, and maintain a polished bar area while supporting dining and events. RSA certified candidates who thrive on guest interaction are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort or premium venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and beverage service.
• A current RSA Certificate.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Deliver warm, professional and personalised service to guests.
• Create memorable interactions through knowledge of drinks and hospitality skills.
• Recommend beverages and upsell to maximise guest experiences.
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness across bar areas.
• Support restaurant, event and function service as required.
• Assist with stock control, stocktakes and inventory management.
• Process guest transactions accurately through POS systems.

Job Description

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while creating genuine connections with our guests. You will prepare and serve a range of beverages, maintain a polished and welcoming bar environment, and contribute to a seamless guest experience across the venue.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
