Job summary

Varsity Midland is seeking a Supervisor to lead the crew during busy services, delivering guest experiences across food, beverage and entertainment.

You will coach and support your team, monitor service standards and work with management to keep shifts running smoothly. RSA is required; availability across nights, weekends and public holidays is essential. Join the opening leadership team to build Varsity Midland's culture from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience and knowledge of a busy service.
• Ability to lead a team and bring energy on shift.
• Comfortable making decisions under pressure.
• Enjoy working with people and maintain high service standards.
• Available across nights, weekends and public holidays; RSA preferred or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Solving the occasional “well, this wasn’t in the training manual” situation
• Working alongside the management team to make Varsity Midland the place to be

Who we’re looking for:

You might already be a Supervisor, or you might be a hospo gun ready to step into leadership.

Either way, we’re looking for someone who:

• Has hospitality experience and knows what a busy service looks like
• Can lead a team and bring good energy to a shift
• Is confident making decisions when the pressure is on
• Actually enjoys working with people
• Is available across nights, weekends and public holidays
• Has an RSA or is willing to obtain one
