Q Station in Manly, NSW is seeking a Chef de Partie - Banquets to lead a busy banquet kitchen for weddings, conferences and private functions. You will coordinate mise en place, production and service, ensuring consistent quality and presentation across events.

You will supervise junior staff, maintain food safety standards and collaborate with the Sous Chef and other departments to meet timelines and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Relevant culinary certificates or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead in a high-volume banquet kitchen.
• Experience in weddings, conferences, and corporate events.
