Qualifications

• Customer service or banking experience desirable (retail, hospitality, call centre - all welcome!)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must have Australian work rights
• Must be willing to undergo background checks, including Police checks
• No sales – 100% customer service

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls (no sales)
