Job summary

Westpac in Shellharbour is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with everyday banking needs and provide tailored solutions.

This full-time, 38-hour-per-week role requires strong communication, problem-solving and a teamwork mindset, with training provided.

You may work across multiple branches and hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with flexible leave options and development opportunities. No prior banking experience is required.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication to foster strong customer relationships.
• Focus on delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Work as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm.
• No banking experience? No problem. Comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with everyday banking needs and inquiries.
• Provide tailored banking solutions and identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services.
• Support customers in transactions and maintain high levels of service quality.
• Represent Westpac across Shellharbour and other branches as needed.
