Westpac Group in Hornsby, NSW seeks a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with everyday banking needs and inquiries. You will provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements and identify opportunities to introduce banking products.

The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturday shifts as needed. You will join a supportive team focused on delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication with customers to foster strong relationships.
• Focus on delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm
