Auswide Bank is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their banking journey with clarity and confidence.

This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary of 58,411.75 AUD plus super, comprehensive training, and opportunities to grow across our brands in a vibrant, inclusive team culture. Training begins on commencement, with operating hours 8am–6pm Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call centres) is welcome.
• Full training is provided to help you succeed.
• No degree required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and guide them through their banking journey with clarity.
• Answer questions, solve problems, and provide quality solutions to customers.
• Identify needs, research issues, and deliver human, helpful service.
• Support customers within our 8am–6pm Monday–Friday operating hours.
