NAB in Dubbo is seeking a Banking Community Leader to empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors and to build strong relationships with customers and local businesses. You will advocate NAB’s products and participate in community initiatives to raise awareness of NAB’s offerings.

As the Branch Leader, you will drive performance through coaching, lead sales efforts to meet objectives, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership; Retail Banking experience highly regarded.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to collaborate and energize a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall performance of your branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction.
• Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by identifying cross-sale opportunities.
• Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to customers and partners; ensure the team seizes opportunities to build customer advocacy.
• Ensure NAB standards, procedures, and systems are maintained across the branch.
• Manage performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division.
