NAB Dee Why Branch is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to be the first contact for customers, assisting with accounts and everyday banking needs and helping them access NAB services. You will identify suitable NAB products, promote self-service options, and ensure transactions are accurate, efficient and secure, delivering a welcoming banking experience to our diverse customers and communities.

• Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
