Job summary

NAB Roma branch is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor – Banking to deliver a seamless, tailored customer experience for shoppers and communities in Roma.

As the first point of contact, you’ll identify suitable banking products and services, including account openings and lending, while promoting self-service and digital options. Training is provided and opportunities to learn, grow and develop within NAB are emphasised.

Qualifications

• No banking experience required – full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support NAB’s Roma branch by being the first point of contact for customers.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers (e.g., account opening, unsecured lending, banking transactions).
• Promote Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure.
