Garmin Australia is seeking a Customer-focused Order Management Account Representative to manage dealer, distributor and OEM accounts. You will oversee end-to-end order flow from receipt to delivery and provide proactive service, including pricing, inventory, shipments, and lead times updates.

The role requires strong ERP/Oracle experience, excellent Excel skills, and robust stakeholder management. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer commitments and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field
• Experience in B2B order processing
• ERP system experience (Oracle) and strong Excel skills
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management
• Experience with EDI and customer ordering portals

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of dealer, distributor and OEM customer accounts.
• Coordinate end-to-end order management from receipt to delivery.
• Process orders through Oracle, EDI and customer portals.
• Provide customers with updates on pricing, inventory, shipments and lead times.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, returns and enquiries.
• Process RMAs, credit/debit memos and claims.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, analyse account activity and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer commitments are achieved.
