Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a B2B Customer Service / Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage end-to-end orders. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant fulfillment for B2B customers.

The role emphasizes cross-functional communication, ERP navigation, and proactive stakeholder updates to maintain service levels and product availability across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process B2B customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate with Production Planner on order production schedules.
• Coordinate with QA and Warehouse on order release and product availability.
• Arrange logistics for order delivery and customer pickup.
• Monitor deliveries and provide status updates to stakeholders.
