Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company in Woodstock, Ontario is seeking a Bulk Shipper/Receiver (Operator I) to maintain bulk feed inventory, receive ingredients from trucks, and load bulk trucks for delivery in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are safety-driven, and can operate lift trucks and bulk receiving systems, while following SOPs and HACCP guidelines; ability to work from heights and in varied conditions is required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Operate lift trucks and bulk receiving systems safely.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders; withstand heights and varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Lift Trucks.
• Operate bulk receiving system.
• Perform setup and cleanup of bulk receiving system.
• Work with Customers/Truck Drivers.
• Follow SOPs and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Monitor equipment and assist with maintenance tasks.
• May require lifting up to 22 kg (55 lbs) and working in hot/cold/wet conditions.
• Shift work, overtime and weekends may be required.
