The role emphasizes coordinating with customers, CSRs, sales, and carriers, while ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with production schedules.

The candidate will manage warehouse operations, produce reports, and contribute to process improvements within a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Schedule shipments for truck and rail based on plant production.
• Prepare shipment documents (COAs, invoices, records).
• Resolve transportation issues with carriers and CSRs.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Research production and inventory variances.
• Manage inventory control and database/spreadsheet data.
• Oversee warehouse storage management and loading capabilities.
• Enter production data and test results per customer specs.
• Invoicing shipments and using ADM software.
