Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks an organized administrative professional to support R&D procurement and inventory activities. You will handle purchase requests, contracts, and coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and samples.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience in admin or procurement, with basic English and strong Excel/NAV skills. On-site position with NAV/ERP system exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related fields (required).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative support, purchasing, inventory coordination, or similar operations roles.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and NAV/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, update, and manage purchase requests and contracts for goods and services.
• Process Purchase Requests (PRs) in the NAV system in compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to support purchasing activities.
• Prepare and maintain monthly timesheets for R&D personnel.
