• 5+ years’ experience in B2B, product or commercial marketing.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Experience creating B2B value propositions and messaging frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience developing sales enablement and marketing collateral.
• Experience in aged care or regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver B2B marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and squad OKRs.
• Create go-to-market plans that build awareness, engagement and growth.
• Develop positioning, messaging and compelling value propositions for Support at Home.
• Produce sales enablement and marketing collateral, including pitch packs, presentations, case studies and program materials.
• Support business development and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Deliver initiatives to grow Amplar Health’s consented audience.
• Support AI-assisted content creation while maintaining quality, governance and brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve content efficiency and scalability through technology.
