Job summary

Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is seeking a Change & Communications Lead to drive engagement, readiness and adoption across Age Better and Support at Home initiatives. You will partner with executives, clinicians and leaders to deliver meaningful change that enhances customer outcomes and supports aged care reform.

You will develop strategies, facilitate workshops, and monitor adoption across multiple workstreams to ensure sustainable transformation within Australia’s healthcare

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change and communications within large-scale transformation programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement with ability to build alignment across diverse groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level communications.
• Experience developing change impact assessments, engagement strategies and readiness plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management and communications strategy across Age Better and Support at Home initiatives.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption plans.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to drive organizational readiness.
• Create compelling communications that inform, engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Facilitate workshops and change activities across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor adoption, engagement and readiness metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
