Job summary

Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is seeking a Clinical Governance Business Partner to strengthen governance across the Age Better portfolio and broader Amplar Health priorities. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement safe, consumer-centred care across community-based aged care services.

This role supports a growing program with flexible work-from-home options and opportunities to influence governance processes and high-quality care at scale.

About the Role

As a Clinical Governance Business Partner, you will provide practical clinical governance and quality expertise across our growing Age Better portfolio. Partnering with clinical and operational leaders, you will help establish and strengthen governance systems, manage clinical risk and support safe, compliant and consumer-centred care across community-based aged care services. While primarily supporting Age Better, you will also contribute to broader clinical governance priorities across Amplar Health as required.

About You

You are a clinically trained professional with experience in clinical governance, quality and consumer safety, ideally within community-based aged care. You are confident working across multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clinical and operational stakeholders in a regulated healthcare environment.

You are comfortable working in an evolving environment and bring a practical, collaborative approach to developing governance processes, systems and ways of working that support safe, compliant and consumer-centred care.

You will bring:

• A relevant clinical qualification and current registration as a nurse or allied health professional
• Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality or patient safetyExperience in aged care, community care or another regulated healthcare environment, with community-based aged care experience highly regardedExperience in incident management, investigations, clinical risk, audit or accreditationStronganalytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insightsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and influenceclinicians and stakeholdersAproactive and organised approach, with the ability to work autonomously
