The Onset Group is seeking a marketing professional to grow our B2B campaigns and drive smarter, AI-enabled outreach. You will collaborate with recruiters, content creators and event teams to engage clients, communities and industry partners.

You’ll work across the Omnia Collective, testing AI workflows, optimizing campaigns, and helping deliver events and experiences that connect our community. A hands-on, curious marketer fits best in our small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, growth, campaigns or marketing operations.
• Comfort using AI as a marketing and productivity tool.
• Ability to work closely with sales, clients and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted B2B campaigns around clients, sectors and communities.
• Experiment with AI and automation to improve research, delivery and reporting.
• Collaborate with recruiters on outreach, market content and sales enablement.
• Coordinate website, SEO/AEO/GEO, email and digital activity and use data to improve decisions.
• Act as a bridge between The Onset and Omnia Collective across teams.
