Job summary

The Onset is expanding its marketing team in Sydney to build smarter campaigns and explore AI-enabled workflows. You will work closely with recruiters and across the Omnia Collective, influencing client engagement and event-driven programs.

The role emphasizes ownership, hands-on execution and turning data into smarter decisions. A flexible WFH day and a dynamic Surry Hills office environment support your growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum marketing experience in B2B or growth campaigns.
• Experience using AI as a marketing tool.
• Comfort with data and digital tools, not necessarily a tech specialist.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted B2B campaigns around clients, sectors and communities.
• Experiment with AI and automation to improve research, delivery, follow-up and reporting.
• Collaborate with recruiters on client outreach, market content, case studies and sales enablement.
• Coordinate website, SEO/AEO/GEO, email and digital activity and turn performance data into better decisions.
• Serve as a key link between The Onset and Omnia Collective across AI, data, design and transformation teams.
• Help deliver client, community and industry events from campaign design to setup and follow-up.
• Keep the marketing engine organized with systems, assets, reporting and workflows.
