Job summary

Device Technologies is seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to drive growth across our B2B ecommerce platforms. Hybrid role based in Belrose, working with Marketing and Digital Teams to execute and optimise digital campaigns that boost engagement, conversions and revenue, delivering measurable ROI and outstanding customer experiences.

You are data-driven, proactive and collaborative, with 5+ years in growth marketing or omnichannel campaigns, experience building and optimising ecommerce systems,

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in growth marketing or omnichannel campaign execution, ideally within B2B ecommerce environments.
• A passion for building, growing, and optimising ecommerce platforms that deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial results.
• Proven experience planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a track record of taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, digital, commercial teams, and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail, project management, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and adapting content for digital channels.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and changing business needs.
• Proven ability to take ownership of campaign delivery and performance, leading initiatives from planning and execution through to optimisation, reporting, and ROI analysis.
