Job summary

George Weston Foods is seeking an IS Operations Analyst to provide Azure platform administration across GWF's cloud and on‑premises environments. You will act as the Azure SME, ensuring availability, security and performance of critical infrastructure services.

In a high-volume 24/7 operation you will partner with stakeholders, lead improvement initiatives, and support incident resolution while aligning with ABF security policy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as Azure/Infrastructure Administrator with Entra ID focus.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, hybrid identity, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Azure Local/Native qualifications and/or AVD administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS.
• Experience with VMware, SCCM/Intune, Cisco networking is desirable.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or change/incident management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Azure platform administration across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Monitor, patch, and manage infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with IS Security to align with ABF security policy and posture.
• Liaise with third‑party providers to resolve issues and support users.
