Job summary

Pell Frischmann Group Ltd. is expanding its IT Operations team in Wakefield with an IT Support Engineer. The role focuses on maintaining the organisation’s IT infrastructure, supporting 700+ colleagues, and ensuring security and reliability.

You will work with the IT Operations Manager and third-party providers, handling server, network, AD, and patch management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Microsoft-based environment including Office 365 and Azure.
• Experience with server hardware and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to document and report IT issues clearly.
• Strong security awareness and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and maintenance of server, network and Active Directory environments.
• Administer IT tools, keep documentation up to date, assist with patch updates.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and internal teams on IT projects.
• Respond to end-user issues with a hands-on, multi-priority approach.
