Job summary

Iterate in Docklands, Melbourne, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure, Network & Security Engineer for a 6‑month contract with a hybrid work setup. The role requires hands-on leadership and ownership of a Windows/Azure/on-prem environment, starting ASAP.

You will mentor two Level 1/2 engineers, optimise existing systems, and collaborate with software teams on security guidance and automation to improve overall security posture.

Qualifications

• Senior Infra, Network & Security Engineer with hands-on leadership.
• 6-month contract in Melbourne, VIC, AU.
• Hybrid role: two days on site and 3–5 days per week.
• Own hybrid Windows/Azure/on-prem environment.
• Mentor two Level 1/2 engineers.
• Collaborate with software teams on security guidance and automation.
