Job summary

Lab3 Pty Ltd seeks a Principal Consultant - Azure Cloud & DevOps to lead technical client engagements from Canberra or Sydney with some remote options. You will design and deliver Azure Cloud solutions, IaC and automation, run workshops and provide cost estimates while mentoring colleagues.

The role requires significant Azure delivery experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to upskilling the team in cloud technologies and security best practices.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Azure design, architecture and hands-on delivery.
Strong consulting background with external stakeholders and projects.
Willingness to learn, upskill and mentor others.

Responsibilities

Lead technical client engagements and oversee Azure assessments, solutions and implementations.
Design and deliver Azure Cloud, Terraform, IaC and DevOps automation for scalability and security.
Set up PoC prototypes to demonstrate feasibility to clients.
Run workshops and cloud adoption activities with customers as needed.
Interpret insights, provide cost estimates, and report to clients.
Participate in hiring and interview processes for LAB3sters.
Demonstrate hands-on delivery of technical solutions within project timelines.
