Job summary

LAB3 is seeking a Principal Consultant- AI to join our Professional Services team. This senior, client-facing role shapes, sells, and delivers high-impact AI programs for enterprise clients, spanning prototyping to production.

Based in Australia, you will lead AI strategy engagements, design Azure architectures, govern risk, and mentor senior engineers while contributing to LAB3's AI standards and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Senior client-facing leadership in AI programs.
• Experience shaping and delivering AI initiatives from prototyping to production.
• Strong understanding of Azure AI architectures and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy engagements, gather requirements and design roadmaps.
• Define reference architectures for Agentic AI, GenAI, and MLOps on Azure.
• Own end-to-end technical accountability and risk management for large AI programs.
• Contribute to presales with technical assurance and client narratives.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI standards and accelerators.
