Job summary
LAB3 is seeking a Principal Technologist in Sydney to join the pre-sales/client engagement team. You will architect cloud infrastructure solutions, own strategic technical relationships, and present options to senior stakeholders with LAB3 products and services.

Qualifications
- Senior level consulting & enterprise architecture experience in Azure.
- Proven track record navigating senior stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with translating requirements into scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for C-suite engagement.
- Depth of architectural capability across high- and low-level designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead client consultations to design cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Own technical relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders.
- Develop, communicate and present solution options to senior management.
- Lead customer technical strategies and roadmaps using LAB3 products/services.
- Ensure roadmap alignment and coordinate with LAB3 partners.
- Provide technical leadership to LAB3 sales and solutions teams.
- Lead pre-sales discussions, demos and proof of concepts.
- Participate in technical governance with customers.
- Act as escalation point during incidents to drive restoration.
