Job summary

Powerdata Group Consulting is seeking Senior Cloud Architects/Engineers to drive cloud and digital transformation for government-grade platforms in Canberra. You will design, implement, and govern Azure-based enterprise solutions, aligning with WoG standards and security controls.

The role blends architecture, engineering, and leadership within an Agile delivery model. The ideal candidate has 5+ years delivering Azure cloud solutions, strong DevOps and IaC skills, and the ability to mentor teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years delivering enterprise cloud solutions on Azure.
• Experience aligning cloud designs with WoG standards and security needs.
• Proven ability to lead architecture and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise cloud architectures for Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Provide technical direction and governance for cloud engineering teams.
• Design, implement, and govern cloud solutions with secure-by-design principles.
• Lead DevOps practices, IaC, and CI/CD automation.
• Engage stakeholders and mentor junior staff.
