Norths Leagues & Services Club is seeking a qualified Chef de Partie to join our award-winning dining team in Queensland. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes to exacting standards, while maintaining food safety and stock controls in a fast-paced kitchen.

We value teamwork and consistency; you will collaborate with kitchen leadership and front-of-house to deliver seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.

Formación

• recognised culinary qualification or relevant equivalent experience.
• At least two years' experience in a professional kitchen or similar role.
• Genuine passion for food, flavour, presentation and culinary excellence.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments.
• Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail; reliable and punctual.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes to our established standards.
• Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, portion control and presentation across services.
• Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety legislation, hygiene standards and safe food-handling practices.
• Managing food preparation, storage, freezing, preservation and stock rotation.
• Working collaboratively with fellow Chefs, kitchen leadership and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment.
• Contributing ideas, supporting continuous improvement and helping create a positive, professional kitchen culture.
