Job summary

Toll Group is seeking two Operations Controllers to join the National Operations Centre in Sydney, overseeing real-time aviation operations and ensuring safety, service delivery and operational continuity across the network.

You will coordinate daily flights, manage crew rostering, and liaise with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment, with a 24/7 rotating roster and opportunities to advance in a global logistics organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, operations control, logistics, or scheduling environments.
• Exposure to rostering or crewing systems (Air Maestro) desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
• Ability to work a full rotating 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Live operations control of daily flight operations across the network.
• Monitor and maintain operational schedule integrity and coordinate disruption recovery.
• Manage crew allocation across live operations and forward planning.
• Act as the central point of coordination between key stakeholders and partners.
