ExecuJet MRO Services is global leader in business jet aviation maintenance, and we’re seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join our growing team based at our Head Office in Mascot. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. The position contributes to the effective management of parts, tooling and consumables as well as the smooth operation of the Supply Chain department.
About the role
The Supply Chain Administrator ensures accurate and timely processing of inventory, freight, tooling and logistics activities. The role is also responsible for accurate administrative processing and ensuring compliance with quality standards to maintain operational readiness and safety.
Key responsibilities
Receipting of parts and booking freight.
Manage stock returns from the hangar, including unexpected receipts.
Process pick tickets and shipping of parts/core returns.
Aircraft parts and other materials procurement from various suppliers.
Support tooling calibration and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) management.
Manage consumables and expendables inventory, including chemicals.
Conduct ad-hoc cycle counts and assist with stocktake preparation and counting.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised store.
Facilitate store audits and maintain Dangerous Goods certification.
Support external work orders including tooling rental.
Assist with consumables supplier management.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and logistics processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Basic understanding of supply chain systems and procedures.
Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or stores environment (desirable).
Familiarity with tooling and GSE management (desirable).
Experience with Dangerous Goods handling and certification (desirable).
Exposure to a globally recognised aviation organisation
