Job summary

Accenture in Sydney is seeking an experienced Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Support Specialist to join the ANZ Local Technology Services (LTS) team and support, maintain, and enhance AV/VC services across Accenture ANZ.

The successful candidate will act as an AV/VC SME for meeting spaces and events, ensuring AV/VC systems and collaboration technologies remain operational and well maintained for meetings and events. The role also involves desktop support across Windows and Mac when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV/VC design, deployment and support.
• Experience in onsite IT AV/VC design and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and related technologies.
• Experience providing desktop support across Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience troubleshooting AV/VC systems and network-enabled tech across WAN/LAN.
• Experience setting up AV/VC for meetings, events, collaboration spaces.
• Knowledge of Teams Rooms and related collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AV/VC Subject Matter Expert for meeting spaces and events.
• Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain AV/VC systems for reliable service.
• Manage AV/VC assets, lifecycle, inventory, maintenance, and vendor relations.
• Develop operational processes, documentation, training, and continuous improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer support while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting events and upgrades.
