InSight Systems is a leading provider of workplace technology solutions, specialising in AV/IT integration and managed services. We are seeking an experienced Workplace Technology Concierge to join our Managed Services team in a full-time role based onsite at a university in Melbourne’s CBD.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role providing first-response AV and IT support across the campus. You’ll help ensure teaching, meeting and collaboration spaces are ready to use, respond to

Qualifications

• Experience in an AV, IT support or similar technical role.
• Strong AV troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a busy environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is highly regarded.
• AV, IT or electronics qualifications and experience with AV monitoring platforms are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-response, onsite AV and IT support to staff, students and visitors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV, video conferencing, audio, display and associated IT issues.
• Conduct daily room checks to ensure teaching and meeting spaces are ready for use.
• Manage service tickets from initial request through to resolution, including escalation where required.
• Monitor AV/IT systems and proactively identify and resolve faults.
• Provide friendly, professional communication and a high level of customer service.

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Technology Concierge (AV/IT) to join our Managed Services team in a full-time role based onsite at a university in Melbourne’s CBD.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role providing first-response AV and IT support across the campus. You’ll help ensure teaching, meeting and collaboration spaces are ready to use, respond to technical issues and provide a professional and proactive technology experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-response, onsite AV and IT support to staff, students and visitors.

• Conduct daily room checks to ensure teaching and meeting spaces are ready for use.
