M5 Industrial Property Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a predominantly industrial portfolio. You will manage end-to-end leases, outgoings and inspections, while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants in a supportive, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or industrial property management.
• Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage leases, reviews and expiries.
• Autonomous and well organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage an established industrial property portfolio end to end.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Manage lease dates, rent reviews, options, renewals and expiries.
• Oversee arrears management and lease-related matters.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors.
• Complete outgoings reconciliations and inspections.
• Manage lease administration and day-to-day property matters.
