Job summary

Handler Property Group is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to lead day-to-day management of an Industrial portfolio in Brisbane. You will maintain tenancy schedules, leases, and client reporting, while coordinating payments and contractor activity across sites.

The role requires meticulous attention to financial data and strong tenant communication. Based in Brisbane with regular travel to properties across the portfolio, you will partner with facilities and leasing teams to ensure service

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial, retail, or mixed-use property.
• Exposure to lease administration and tenant communications.
• Finance administration including accrual accounting, outgoings, arrears and client reporting.
• Attention to detail with financial, lease, and property data.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support and progressively manage day-to-day property management activities for an Industrial portfolio.
• Maintain tenancy schedules, property files, leases, contacts, and key metrics.
• Support lease administration: rent reviews, options, expiries, renewals, terminations.
