Randstad in Logan seeks an Automotive Supervisor / Operations Manager to lead a team of 8 automotive mechanics and oversee mechanical, servicing, tyres, and inspections for a safe, high-quality, profitable service delivery.

You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, collaborate on future product strategy, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Full-time role; Mon-Fri 7am-4pm; salary 120,000–140,000 AUD + superannuation.

Qualificações

• Trade qualification as automotive mechanic.
• Experience managing staff in a workshop and the operations/fleet of the workshop.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.

Our client is seeking a dynamic Automotive Supervisor | Operations Manager to lead and grow an Automotive Services Business.

This role oversees safe, high-quality, and profitable service delivery-including mechanical repairs, servicing, tyres, and vehicle inspections-while leading a team of 8 direct automotive mechanics.

You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, collaborate on future product strategy, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Trade Qualified Automotive Mechanic / Automotive Tradesperson.

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
