seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing automotive workshop in New South Wales. You will oversee all store performance, mentor technicians, and ensure exceptional service to every customer while driving safety and quality across daily operations.

You’ll use your leadership and hands-on automotive knowledge to grow sales, manage profitability, and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Store/workshop management experience
• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive Technology
• Valid driver’s licence and state repair certification
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding customer service

What You Bring

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive Technology (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s licence and relevant state-based repair certification
• Store or workshop management experience (2–3 years preferred, however not essential)
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
• Mechanical and tyre knowledge across a range of vehicles (highly regarded)
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
