Supercheap Auto Murray Bridge is seeking a Store Manager to lead a close-knit team of 8, foster learning, growth and celebrate success together.

You\'ll coach and cross-train your crew, drive safety and customer experience, and stay hands-on where the action is. The role offers a country-town vibe, a performing store, and a support network across the Super Retail Group.

Qualifications

• Retail management / leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
• Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we\'ll deliver the Auto.
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
• Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.

You'll be leading a close-knit team of 8, creating an environment where people learn, grow and celebrate success together. If you're an experienced Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader who's successfully led 5+ people and you're ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.

You'll coach and cross-train your crew, lead strongly around safety and customer experience, and stay hands-on where the action is. Add a performing store, supportive team and genuine country-town community feel, and this is one opportunity worth putting your hand up for.
