Job summary

Auto Masters in Gympie is seeking an energetic, hands-on Store Manager to lead our automotive service centre.

This busy site is known for strong customer service, quality workmanship and a loyal client base, backed by a respected national network and run by a local owner who genuinely backs their people. You’ll coach your workshop team, drive sales and ensure customers keep coming back as you grow with the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing a service centre, automotive workshop or similar.
• A hands-on leader with a proven sales track record and a genuine passion for automotive.
• Strong communicator and team leader focussed on customer service.
• Trade-qualified? Great. If not, your leadership and customer service skills are what count.
• Current Qld driver’s licence.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Available Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am – 12.00pm on a 2 week on/ 2 week off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your workshop team to hit KPIs and smash sales targets.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and clients.
• Promote products and services with confidence and integrity.
• Run day-to-day operations, keeping reporting accurate and the workshop safe, clean and welcoming.
• Lead from the front and set the standard your team rises to.
