Private Advertiser in Perth's northern suburbs is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy automotive service workshop. This hands-on leadership role focuses on team performance, customer satisfaction, and hitting KPIs and sales targets.

You will run day-to-day operations, promote products, manage reporting, and maintain a safe, welcoming workshop. The owner backs you with development opportunities, and weekly pay plus staff perks accompany a market-leading salary of $95K–$110K plus super.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience managing a service centre, automotive workshop or similar.
• Hands-on leader with a proven sales track record and genuine automotive passion.
• Current WA driver's licence.

As Store Manager, you'll lead a workshop team at a busy, well-established automotive service centre in Perth's northern suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role where your impact shows in your team's performance and results on the scoreboard. You'll have the support and autonomy to make a real difference.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your workshop team to hit KPIs and smash sales targets
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and clients
• Promote products and services with confidence and integrity
• Run day-to-day operations, keeping reporting accurate and the workshop safe, clean and welcoming
• Lead from the front and set the standard your team rises to

About you

• 3+ years' experience managing a service centre, automotive workshop or similar
• A hands-on leader with a proven sales track record and a genuine passion for automotive
• Current WA driver's licence
• Available Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.30pm and every second Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm
• Market-leading salary of $95K - $110K + super + performance bonuses
