Private Advertiser in Perth's northern suburbs is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy automotive service workshop. This hands-on leadership role focuses on team performance, customer satisfaction, and hitting KPIs and sales targets.

You will run day-to-day operations, promote products, manage reporting, and maintain a safe, welcoming workshop. The owner backs you with development opportunities, and weekly pay plus staff perks accompany a market-leading salary of $95K–$110K plus super.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing a service centre, automotive workshop or similar.
• Hands-on leader with a proven sales track record and genuine automotive passion.
• Current WA driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your workshop team to hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and clients.
• Promote products and services with confidence and integrity.
