Job summary

Bridgestone Canning Vale is seeking an experienced automotive leader to run the store’s day-to-day operations, set clear expectations and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead from the front, coach and develop the team, manage sales, margins and stock, grow the customer base and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and local businesses while pursuing growth opportunities for the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, Workshop Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience within the tyre, automotive, mechanical or related industry.
• Strong commercial awareness & an understanding of sales, margins, productivity & profitability.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate & develop a team.
• Excellent organisational & problem solving skills.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day leadership & commercial performance of the Canning Vale store.

You will lead from the front, setting clear expectations for your team while creating a culture where people are accountable, motivated & focused on delivering results.

Your responsibilities will include:
