Suttons Arncliffe is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome customers, coordinate service bookings, and act as the primary contact for repairs and maintenance. You will communicate clearly, manage vehicle queries, and ensure a positive customer experience in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for customer service.
• Well-presented with confident speaking.
• Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills.
• Computer systems savvy, including Microsoft Office.
• Energetic, can-do approach to work.
• Works well as part of a busy team.
• Rapport with customers comes naturally.
• Automotive or dealership experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on arrival.
• Take service bookings and handle phone enquiries and messages.
• Attend to customers during service providing clear, helpful information.
• Monitor progress of work and updates.
• Assist in general office duties and record keeping.
• Follow up with customers after repairs are completed.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
