Job summary

Scotts Automotive Group, North Shore Honda in Artarmon NSW is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join the service team. You will handle customer enquiries, bookings, and communicate with the workshop to ensure right-first-time repairs.

Open to driven individuals with strong customer service skills, time management, and a professional appearance; in-house training and advancement opportunities are offered. NSW drivers license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department
• Current NSW driver's license
• Right to work in Australia with residency entitlement
• Friendly and positive personality
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Taking customer enquiries and service bookings
• Greeting customers as part of driveway check-in service
• Determining the customers needs and communicating these to the workshop
• Advising customers on progress of their vehicle during the day
• Selling any additional work identified by the workshop
• Prepare and cost invoices along with processing payments
• Following up lost opportunities
