Silver City Motors in regional NSW is seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the link between customers and the workshop, managing bookings, coordinating repairs and ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through vehicle handover.

The role requires a background in a service-advisor or customer-facing position, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Formación

• Experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Professional and reliable with customer focus.
• Experience with Era Power is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage service bookings.
• Prepare repair orders and coordinate workshop activities.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Explain recommended repairs and provide service estimates.
• Liaise with technicians, parts and management teams.
• Conduct vehicle handovers and ensure a smooth service experience.
