Job summary

Audi Centre Sydney is seeking a Service Team Assistant to join our high performing team at the largest Audi dealership in the southern hemisphere. Based in Zetland, this permanent full-time role supports the Service Department with a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, handle service calls, book servicing, and assist with repair order costings, working closely with the concierge team.

Qualifications

• Strong and confident communication skills.
• Customer service orientated.
• Organized and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and a desire to gain technical experience.
• Applicants with experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers during vehicle drop off and collection.
• Manage all incoming service phone calls.
• Book vehicles in for servicing.
• Assist the service team to create and cost repair orders as required.
• Work closely with the concierge team.
