Repco seeks an Assistant Store Manager to work under the Store Manager, guiding daily operations and staff development. You will coach team members, model exemplary service, and ensure safety standards are met while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role involves opening/closing duties and delivering outstanding service across a diverse product range, with support from inter-store teams and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Have previous supervisory experience or be ready for the next step.
• Demonstrate prior retail or trade experience, including sales and wholesale/workshop ops.
• Ideally have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
• Have a valid driver’s licence and flexibility in availability.
• Prioritise safety in all store activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Managers to lead the team and manage daily operations.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Live and model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
• Act as a safety leader, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Occasionally manage opening and closing duties.
