Repco is seeking a Retail Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and online. You will help with stock, merchandising, and daily store operations while maintaining safety and showroom standards.

Role may involve occasional deliveries; a current driver’s licence is preferred. You will join a collaborative Repco team focused on safety, results, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail or similar.
• Ability to lift, bend and climb as required.
• Current driver's licence preferred for occasional deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operations and protect teammates and customers.
• Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers.
• Support sales by delivering friendly, proactive service.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Process stock, receive, dispatch and store items.
