Donnelly Automotive Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Automotive Receptionist to join our friendly team at Southport, QLD. The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and time management skills, and solid experience with email and Microsoft Office.

You will handle data entry, service bookings, repair orders, and liaise with workshop and parts departments while maintaining a professional customer focus.

Donnelly Automotive Gold Coast is looking for an experienced Automotive Receptionist to join our friendly team. We are a family owned and operated business offering exceptional service to our customers for over 30 years.

Requirements for this role:

2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

The right candidate needs to be well organized, time managed, experienced individual.

Solid experience with email, Microsoft programs, ability to complete data entry efficiently and accurately.

Some Knowledge of vehicles is a must.

Ability to learn workshop and parts software.

Connect with customers in a professional and friendly manner, build rapport quickly.

prioritise important tasks, be flexible to change.

Make service bookings.

Prepare repair orders.

Liaising with workshop and parts ordering.

Other office duties required.

Must have driver's license

Must have some motor vehicle knowledge
