Job summary

Inchcape AutoNexus Aftersales is seeking a Technical Support Specialist - Automotive Parts in Sydney. You will support dealerships with parts enquiries for Volkswagen, Audi, CUPRA and Škoda, using SAP and electronic catalogues to deliver accurate technical guidance.

Hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) with career development within a global automotive organisation and access to employee benefits.

Qualifications

Experience as a Parts Interpreter or Parts Advisor in an automotive environment.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to dealer and customer enquiries via phone, email, Salesforce tickets, and shared inboxes.
Interpret electronic parts catalogues to identify and recommend the correct parts.
Investigate and resolve complex technical parts enquiries.
Research and validate information using SAP and other internal systems.
Manage support tickets and enquiries within agreed service levels.
Liaise with dealerships, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Prioritise multiple enquiries while maintaining high accuracy and service levels.
Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
